How RegMend works

RegMend does not replace your EUDR platform. It is the operational layer that picks up exactly where automated processing stops.

1. Export unresolved cases

You export the records your existing EUDR platform or internal process could not fully process — the ones that failed validation, are missing supplier or producer information, have conflicting evidence, or need supplier follow-up.

Accepted formats: CSV, XLSX, JSON/GeoJSON, or a structured export from your current system.

2. RegMend triages the exceptions

Every record becomes a case, classified against a fixed taxonomy (geolocation, data, traceability, evidence, supplier, DDS/system, escalation) and given a severity and priority.

Nothing is auto-resolved at this stage — triage only establishes what kind of problem it is and how urgent it is.

3. Cases are worked toward resolution

A RegMend operator investigates root cause, requests specific, narrowly-scoped follow-up from suppliers where information is genuinely missing, and proposes a corrected value backed by evidence.

Original data is never overwritten — corrections are stored as new, separately versioned snapshots.

4. Review and verification

Cases that reach a proposed resolution go through review. A reviewer checks the evidence and reasoning before a case can be marked resolved.

If information is still insufficient, the case is escalated or marked unresolved rather than force-closed.

5. Corrected outputs and resolution history are returned

You receive a resolution pack per batch: case-by-case root cause, action taken, original vs. corrected data, evidence references, verification result and any remaining risk.

Exports are available as CSV today, with richer formats planned as the platform matures.

RegMend provides operational and data-remediation support. It does not replace your own legal judgment where legal interpretation of the regulation is required, and does not guarantee regulatory acceptance of any submission.
