Subprocessors
Services RegMend uses to process customer data. This list reflects the infrastructure actually in use today — it is not exhaustive of every possible future vendor, and we will update it if that changes.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data location |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, authentication, and private file storage for RegMend production | Production database, auth, and storage: Seoul, South Korea (ap-northeast-2) |
| Vercel | Application hosting and scheduled jobs | See Vercel's own published infrastructure regions |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery (supplier requests, invitations, notifications) | See Resend's own published infrastructure regions |
| Cloudflare (R2) | Off-site encrypted backup storage | See Cloudflare's own published infrastructure regions |
RegMend’s production database, authentication, and file storage are hosted by Supabase in the ap-northeast-2 (Seoul, South Korea) region. We are stating this plainly because it is a fact a prospective customer may need for their own compliance review — not because it is being hidden or emphasized.
Requires business/legal review
Formal Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with each subprocessor, and a documented subprocessor-change notification process, have not yet been established. If a signed DPA or formal subprocessor-change notice is a requirement for your organization, tell us directly before starting a pilot and we will address it.
