Terms of Service

RegMend is an early-stage pilot product. The sections below state our actual operating principles honestly; they are not a substitute for a reviewed, counsel-drafted services agreement, which has not been finalized. A pilot engagement should be confirmed in writing (email is acceptable at this stage) before any customer data is uploaded.

What RegMend is

RegMend is a regulatory exception & remediation operations platform. Its first vertical is EUDR Red Case Rescue: resolving supplier, geolocation, evidence, and traceability exceptions that remain unresolved after a customer’s existing EUDR workflow, ERP, or spreadsheet process.

What RegMend is not

RegMend does not provide legal advice, does not guarantee regulatory compliance or acceptance of any submission by any authority, and does not replace your own legal judgment where legal interpretation of the regulation is required. A case marked “Resolved” or a record marked “Validation passed” reflects RegMend’s own deterministic checks and operator review — it is not a legal compliance certification.

Pilot engagements

Access to RegMend is currently invite-only, following a reviewed pilot request. Submitting a pilot request does not create an account, a workspace, or any contractual commitment on either side.

Data ownership

Data you upload to RegMend remains yours. RegMend processes it solely to provide the remediation service. A formal, counsel-reviewed data processing addendum (DPA) is not yet in place. If a DPA is a requirement for your organization, tell us before starting a pilot and we will prioritize putting one in place.

Liability, warranties, and commitments

Liability limitations, uptime/SLA commitments, insurance coverage, and indemnification terms have not been drafted or reviewed by counsel. This page is not a complete services agreement until they are. If these terms are a condition of engaging with RegMend, tell us and we will address them directly, in writing, before any customer data is uploaded.
